🌸 How It All Began
Ever since 11 y/o Dahlia could hold a crayon, she was happily creating. It became the first thing she'd ask for when she woke + often the last thing she'd do before bed. The boxes of her artwork are a testament to that!A few years ago she got a digitizer tablet for her birthday + fell in love with making digital art. Although her artist/dev dad was already learning about NFTs, Dahlia's journey wouldn't begin until she saw an article featuring another young female artist, Nyla Hayes. Once she saw the infamous "Long Neckies" she was inspired to create her own collection. That's where the "GM Girls" story began. Dahlia got started hand-drawing all the layers...all 250+ of them! Her dad developed a program to generate 4,110 girls. Why that number? Dahlia's birthday is 4-1-10 and we thought it would be cool to represent that!
Even though she is just beginning her NFT adventure, she is definitely not short of ideas + she's so excited for this new art form that allows her to share them with the world! She hopes she can be an inspiration to kids everywhere, that they can try big things too.

This is the genesis collection from 11 y/o artist, Dahlia. With the interest she's taken to the NFT art and technology scene, you can expect to see her here for years to come!
